Called to order at 7:06 by Lucette. Thanks to Dan for hosting the meeting tonight.

Treasury Report: Elizabeth
Attached to the minutes in the ‘red book’.
Secretary: Betty
BC Societies Act requires an updated Society report and electronic filing. Transition package received from BC Registry and all agrees with what we have. Betty will upload and update the club.
Website should be tested. Google not updated, but when google doesn’t pick it up. Betty to email Fall Harvest Fair exhibitor list.

Bonsor Liaison and Membership: Syl
Maria Andrade, Lucette and Syl have finalized the contract for the Fall Harvest Fair. The billing will become annual in 2019 with the exception of the fall fair and Christmas party. The fall fair committee has access to the hall at 3 pm. Donuts and coffee in am, lunch for the judges from Price Smart
Updated membership form reviewed.

Sympathy card to Jean Murray’s family. Colleen Graham passed away due to a fall in late July
Fall Fair: Dan Oldroyd/Lucette
Conway is booked for the potato contest. Everything is on track. Betty to post to BC Council posting. Prizes donations coming along. Next meeting on August 22nd at 230. Elizabeth has the judging lists. Donuts and coffee in am, lunch for the judges from Price Smart. Confirm items for baking judge to Greg. Consider updating an inventory list of fair supplies at Dan’s. Betty will bring a roll table cloth to test.
Newsletter: Branko Matovic
Deadline for bulletin August 22nd. Has leftovers from previous bulletin. Lorna Hercheson is doing something every month. A hint from Martine. A recipe from Dan, sent by Lucette. Lucette email positions. Thank to Daphne needs to go in next newsletter after the fair.

Syl will pen a letter to My Soil for next year.

Consider petunia plant for 2019.
Garden tour:
September 4th from 4 – 6 pm for BARAGA garden. Betty will put in the garden.
