To apply for a new application please fill out the form below. When you submit the form your information will be sent to our membership prime. You can pay your membership dues at the next general meeting which is held at 7:30 p.m. on the first Tuesday of every month (except Jan. and Sept.) on the 2nd floor of the Bonsor Recreation Complex at 6550 Bonsor Ave in Burnaby, British Columbia or send your cheque $20 for singles or $25 for families to:
