A copy of the monthly statement will be in the ‘red book’. The fall fair ran a about a $70 deficit (not including the engraving costs)
Bonsor Liaison Dina
No report, Dina checked the set up for the pot luck. Sofia will contact Dina to check with Bonsor about urn availability.

Something needed on the potluck and fall fair. Just a ‘save the date’ note about the Christmas party for this issue. No show bench.
Speaker Coordinator: Maria- Oct: pot luck/Nov: garden tour in photos and elections/Dec: Christmas dinner.
Ron Long is available for November. Elizabeth will check how much has been spent in 2025.

Fall Harvest Fair: Review statistics, lessons learned, etc.
Greg, Elaine and Lucette had 54% of the entries. Synopsis attached. The prizes were confusing. We need to be clear about the expectations around closing time and exhibit sales. The tea room goodies were really good. Lorna purchased the extras and shared them with the family.
New Business
• Pot luck plans for October meeting. Sofia will get back to people about what they are bringing.
• Nov. meeting – Ron will be asked. Elections as well
• Christmas dinner- Martine tentatively booked same catering at same price but 25% deposit is required to lock in the date (add if credit card vs etransfer). See attached invoice .
• BCCGC- Oct. 25- someone to accompany Martine and Maria/ Sofia, Lily, Lucette helpers at meeting
Old Business
• 125th anniversary plans in 2026
• Projector Requirements for the size of the room etc. • HD projector • 3000 lumens • Built in speakers • Name brand • Carrying case/bag • HDMI cables transition from laptop • Approx $1000 Costs $150 per meeting to rent the projector from Bonsor • Consider a motion at the AGM,
