Betty closed the etransfer membership down as it was causing undue confusion.

Show bench will not be awarding points. Action Item: Betty will put together a theme for photos.

New Business
Meeting
November meeting will be virtual. Action item: Syl will contact Bonsor to let them know that we won’t be coming in November. Election will be the key item
Topic for discussion: Will also ask about “putting up (or down) for winter.
Action item: Lucette will ask the membership about meeting in person in December versus waiting until February. Perhaps with bringing own food. Then we will decide in January about February.
BC Council
Anyone can join on zoom.
AGM
Consider a change in bylaws to permit electronic meetings, will carry forward.
Elections
Action Item: Syl will conduct the election and ask Sofia if she would like to stand for Director at Large. Syl will also reach out to Elizabeth regarding continuing to be treasurer. Syl, Lucette, Vince and Betty will stay for 2022.
