New Business

Lifetime Memberships Syl

The criterion for being considered for a lifetime membership is to be a member for 15 years or more and be someone who has made a significant contribution to the club, in the eyes of the membership. Lifetime members would still receive membership cards & privileges every year but would not pay for membership.

Syl asked the executive to consider Gene and Joanne Kozier for lifetime memberships. They have been members since 2006. Joanne has looked after the kitchen at meetings and the fall fair for many years, they have hosted many picnics and garden tours. They have generously donated plants to the annual sale. They show in the fall fair and on the showbench.

Resolved that Gene Joanne are awarded lifetime memberships in the SBGC. Passed unanimously and to be presented at the AGM.
