Nothing new, one new member via internet, will join in February.
Newsletter: Vince
Deadline is November 20 or 21. Lucette has spoken to Melinda about Dan’s picture and Christmas poem and Vince will lay it out in the newsletter
Speaker, Environment: Maria by email
The group discussed Maria’s proposal for speakers in 2025 and agreed to the proposal. The budget for speakers in 2025 will be increased to $1200 to be voted on by the membership at the AGM. Ash has a contact for a speaker and he will pass the information on to Maria.

Card to Elsie Luporini, no visitors requested at this time. Note in newsletter with Elsie’s approval.
Old Business:
Mulberry partnership/relationship: Dina
Dina reached out to Wendy, who referred further discussion to Erin and she has not replied. Mulberry has been consistently supportive of our fundraising etc. for several years. Syl pointed out that the club is a group of prospective clients. We will await the reply from Mulberry.
Christmas Party – Dina
The committee met 10 days ago, everything is organized. 46 tickets have been sold. Elizabeth will call Martine with question about payment and flexibility re numbers as one member is hoping to get a late ticket. Martine has prepared an article for the newsletter. We will be doing a gift exchange from the heart not the wallet. Members are going to be asked to wear party attire and leave the ERA of ugly sweaters. People will be asked to bring dessert. Volunteers confirmed for the table centres.
