Treasurer Report: Elizabeth
Report sent via email and attached to the minutes in the ‘red’ book. Thank you note from the BC Council for the scholarship fund.
Fall Harvest Fair: Lucette and Dan
Dahlia: Brenda Sue, small orange peony form good for pots. Action item Betty to provide photo and tubers
Potato: Last year was Gem Russett. Action Item: Dan to pick potato
Consider one day, no prize draws.
Consider simplifying the schedule with perhaps houseplants and muffins, consider 50/50 in place of prize draw

Report received via email, deadline for renewals March 31, early for many.
Bonsor Liaison: Syl
Nothing heard from recently from Bonsor.
Newsletter: Vince
Deadline is March 24th. Submissions have been light lately. Action Item: Betty to mention at next meeting. Showbench needed for April. Backyard birds. Only one person is on list to get newsletter by regular email, and that person’s daughter gets it.
Speaker Convener: Vacant
Will just ask members to share until back in person. Martine has sent a short video from BBC Gardeners World that Betty will attempt to show at next meeting. Lily with India pictures.
