Plant Sale:
Maria has the tools that were donated and will bring them to the sale. Martine will keep their tent stored in the church overnight. Set up will start at 9 am and sale is 10 to 2. Syl will let the church know we will arrive at 9. The church will have an activity as well starting at 9:30. We have not gotten the total yet for using the church boulevard donation. Syl can get Worm castings in a 30 to 60 litre bag and we will break it down into smaller units for sale at the plant sale. Consider using recycled yogurt containers or paper bags if the product is dry enough. Syl will donate and ask if we can use Charmaine’s back yard to separate and distribute.
Betty will reach out to Martine and Charly about a date for the picnic. Maria called her garden ‘a work in progress’ which is excellent to see. Betty to ask at the meeting about tours.
