Fall Harvest
Distinct Dahlia Myama Fubuki
Potato to be picked on Thursday. Betty will look for Yukon Gold.
Betty to do decorative entries with a 125th anniversary theme.
Lucette will add references to the 125th anniversary in the schedule
Plant Sale May 2nd
Susanne will bring 3 tables. Lucette and Sophia will get together next week to set up the square. Lucette will ask Martine to bring the volunteer sheet to next meeting
125 th Anniversary Celebration Committee
No answers from the councillors and staff. T-shirt design being worked on. The tentative date of (Saturday May 16 (long weekend) may change depending on what is planned.
Picnic
Will be at Martine and Charly’s on July 12th, Charly’s 79th birthday.
Garden tours
Greg, Louise, Martine and Elly, possibly Lucette have volunteered.
March 28th Spring seminar
Betty to ask Jennifer about the speakers from the seminar and if any would be good for us.
Burnaby Volunteer Event
Lucette will go to the seminar April 19th. Lucette will send the group photo from the 2025 FHF.
BC Council
Martine is the rep. She needs to get a receipt for the registration.
