Old Business

Plant Sale: Charmaine

April 30th at All Saints Church.

Sign up sheets will be at the April meeting. Time have been changed. 8:30 to set up tables, 9:00 for pricing.  Syl talked to the church about the tables and they will be available. We will need to move them out from the church basement. Will need 5 6 foot tables plus maybe a cash table. Dan will load the car up himself as his tables will not be needed. Charmaine will get 5 tablecloths. There is a $50 budget for the plant sale (? starter plants, some colour on the table) Charmaine has rearranged and painted some of the sticks. Orange and red are so close together now due to fading that they are one colour. $1 will be minimum. If 50¢ needed can use a plain stick.  Charmaine will be creating a raffle basket. Maria has a basket. Charmaine will ask Mulberry for a gift donation. Vince will design flyers and will get some printed. Possibly 2 cashier stations and 2 aprons for cash. Sofia is cashier # 1. We need a second cashier, will be on the sign up list.

There will be sign ups for Hosta work parties at the Koziers for 10:00 for both days. April 16th and 23rd. Betty and Sofia will bring tents to the sale. Donations needed for the gift basket. Lucette will write up a note for the bulletin
