Deadline is June 24. Lorna takes a printed copy to Elsie. Lucette to do introductory message. Betty to put in notices about Jennifer’s garden tour and the picnic. Lucette will put a notice in about Sign up sheets for the Fall Harvest Fair. Maria to do a notice about the round table discussions and has put together a set of topic suggestions. Members encouraged to bring a leaf or bloom if they want to talk about it or get advice. Sofia will send a note about the Tshirts to Lorna for the newsletter

Lucette will have card for Charly at the July meeting. Rose sending a card to Judy who had a fire in her apartment and Diane who had knee surgery.
Old Business
Fall Harvest Fair
Need the tickets to sell at the picnic but still no response from Branko, Lucette will phone. If not then will find another printer. Lucette will work on the schedule next week.
125 th Anniversary Celebration Committee
No update at this time. Sofia and Wayne to work together on tshirt order. Wayne will be gathering sizes and type of shirt, Sofia will liaison with the supplier. Tshirts, sweatshirts, golf shirts, ?long sleeves, ? hats
Syl finding it difficult to find a place for a plaque. Possibly a large cake. Lorna has gotten a tea bag with anniversary info attached, is this something we could give out at the FHF?
Solicit for more ideas for the 125th at the meeting.
Picnic
Will be at Martine and Charly’s on July 12th, starting at noon. Martine is inviting the club and a few family and friends. She will be supplying the food and cake. Charly’s 79th birthday.
Garden tours
Jennifer Zuk on August 15 10:00-2:00 3140 Capston Place. Any further dates: ?Greg and Elly, possibly Lucette have volunteered. Will ask again at the meeting. Lucette waiting to see in July or August depending on the progress of her garden reno.
Seton Villa
Len is working on a garden club for Seton Villa, Men’s Shed. Lucette is going to get more information regarding his request for speakers at the garden.
