Fall Harvest Fair: Lucette
Betty to remind people to pick up tickets at next meeting. Mayor has been invited, attendance to be confirmed closer to date. Rosettes are ready for pickup.
Old Business:
AGM- Financials to be reviewed by Syl and Sofia on June 25th
Christmas – Dina
Invoice, prices unchanged from 2023. Invoiced for 30. People have requested softer vegetables and caterer sent alternatives. Consider putting tickets up to $38.
New Business:
Picnic – Martine
Picnic is confirmed for June 22nd at noon. 26 people are confirmed. 6 people are bringing dessert. Sandwiches from Costco. Martine and Charly providing coffee, tea and lemonade. Betty to send an email reminder and ask people to confirm with Martine ASAP
Garden Tours:
