The following meeting was completed by email due to physical distancing guidelines. Chaired by Lucette and conducted from July 15 – 22, 2020

Minutes from the last meeting were circulated via email, no corrections were received.
The July and August meetings are cancelled. The Fall Harvest Fair is cancelled.
Fall Harvest Fair: Lucette
As we are not able to have a Fall Harvest Fair, we can consider doing a beefed up September Showbench without any points or awards.
Lily has been in contact with the Country Fair representatives. They will not be sponsoring any awards, but have offered some coupons for us to use as we see fit.
Picnic: Lucette
For the picnic (6 feet distance, bring your own lunch and beverages) in late August (at Martine’s or Jennifer’s) we could bring in potatoes and our dahlia and vote/weigh/count those two items. We can just do an expanded show bench in September.
Lucette will ask for feedback and for RSVP on a picnic. We can then decide at the next meeting how to proceed. Syl suggested we wait until early August to see what the COVID status is before finalizing, and we can send an email out to all members if the newsletter bulletin has passed. Betty will keep a contact tracing list as required.
