On Jan. 23rd/24 the amount of $2000.00 was taken out of our current account and invested in a GIC that will mature Dec. 23rd/24. The interest rate is 4.9%.
Elizabeth will shred information from 8 years ago.

Society filing is complete and Betty will forward to Dina
We will do something for Virginia on the showbench. Betty will connect with Syl
Newsletters will no longer be posted on the website.
Fall Harvest Fair: Lucette
Too early to plan yet except for dates Sept. 6-8 (Betty and Jennifer away- Greg will do trophies, Jennifer will arrange judges in advance)

March – Jay Akerley on Alpine (crevice) gardening via Zoom in Bonsor (Samantha, Ash and Chase will be our technical folks, Lucette will bring her laptop, Lorna has projector) Sofia will share the link with speaker

May – let’s consider to have our own panel (share our gardening plans for this season)

confirmed for May 4.Dina’s dad will start tomatoes and herbs for us.
