Lily has been in contact with the club regarding the Bernardin County Fair contests.
Membership: Syl
Membership renewals are coming in.
Bonsor Liaison: Syl-
Syl has been in touch with Monica Douglas at Bonsor. The fees have increased. Our usual dates for the fall fair are not available. Syl has asked Monica to have another look at this date as this has consistently been our date for more than 10 years. Syl has confirmed that we are able to have an in-person meeting in April.

Maria and Lucette will report on Brian Minter’s talk and recap from his recent Zoom presentation. Lucette did a PechaKucha on food Preservation and fermentation. If that topic seems interesting, she could do that for another SBGC contribution for the Burnaby gardening event. It’s about what to do with harvests from our gardens. Please let her know what the executive thinks of the idea.

Syl has confirmed April 30th with the church.
Mandeville
Mandeville usually contacts us in early spring to have a table. We have not heard from them.
2022 Year of the Garden
Lucette is setting a meeting up with Martine and Maria to discuss our involvement in the 2022 Year of the Garden.
