A copy of the updated April treasurers report will be in the ‘red’ book.
Bonsor Liaison: Sofia
Sofia has not heard from Bonsor regarding the dates she submitted for rental applications. She will give them until the end of April before following up with them. She has also reached out Elly to offer her help in organizing the potluck since she did it last year. She will meet with Elly when she is back in town.

Flyer has come in for the Denman Island Garden Tour.

2026 Updated membership list distributed.
Newsletter editor: Lorna
Lucette will send information for the newsletter: names of landscape guys, painter and plumber, and reminders for the plant sale.
Speaker Co-Ordinator: Maria
Marilyn Holt is booked, Maria will pick up the projector from Lucette. Maria will need a cheque for $200 for Marilyn.

Old Business
Fall Harvest
Betty will bring 3 ‘pairs’ of potatoes and 4 dahlias to the May meeting. Lucette is working on the schedule.
Plant Sale
The church will have tables ready for us May 2. They are having their usual sale and hot dogs. We have a phone and the square available for charging for plants. It looks like we’re set for volunteers. Lucette approved for Julie to bill $ 50 for soil. She moved to a new house I year ago and has dug up all the large leaf blue hostas from the yard. She thinks she will be potting up as much as 30 hostas. (Martine has previously gotten reimbursed for soil for her plant sale contributions). Lucette will be there at 8:00. Syl is bringing worm castings.

Picnic
Will be at Martine and Charly’s on July 12th, Charly’s 79th birthday.
