Quorum achieved.
Motion to accept the minutes of the 2025 AGM as circulated. Moved by Len Gross seconded by Dan Oldroyd. Motion carried.
Review of 2025 Financial Report
Documents reviewed and a copies will be filed in the ‘red’ book. Motion to accept the 2025 financial report.Moved by Greg Templeton , seconded by Dan Oldroyd . Motion carried. Motion to have the 2025 financial documents reviewed by Sofia Khouw and Syl Davis as per our bylaws. Moved by Len Gross, seconded by Martine Arnold. Carried.
Budget 2026
Budget reviewed. Motion to accept the 2026 budget. Moved by Carol Graves, seconded by Len Gross Motion carried.
Thank you to the executive, welcome to Elly who is a director for 2026. Thank you to Ash for being on the steering committee.
Motion to adjourn. Moved by Jennifer Zuk, seconded by Lorna Herchenson. Carried.
