Meeting call to order by Lucette Wesley at 7:39 by Zoom
No visitors, quorum achieved.
Elections completed. Welcome to new directors Maria MacKenzie and Sofia Khouw
Motion to accept the minutes of the 2021 AGM. Moved by Syl Davis, seconded by Judy Kearly. Motion carried.
Motion:
In order to ensure continuity in operation of the club (given that there is no elected President or Vice-President) we put forward a resolution that:
For the period beginning February 1, 2022 and ending January 31, 2023, the executive committee members will rotate the role of chairperson and organize monthly club meetings and club business according to the changes voted on at today’s AGM meeting. Moved by Greg Templeton, seconded by Elaine Davies. Motion carried.
Motion
For the period beginning February 1, 2022 and ending January 31, 2023 that the executive committee members can meet either in person or by electronic means to organize monthly club meeting and club business according to the changes voted on at today’s AGM meeting. Moved by Martine Arnold, seconded by Greg Templeton. Motion carried.
Financial Report: Elizabeth Beer
Budget is reflecting our typical spending pre-pandemic so these estimates may be high if we have to stay virtual. We will revisit our donation to the scholarship fund when we have a better idea of the coming year. Budget will be attached to the AGM minutes in the ‘red’ book.

Approve Budget as presented. Moved by Judy Kearly, seconded by Syl Davis. Motion carried.
Audit of the 2021 books has been completed by our usual auditor at the cost of $150.00
